It's been a while.  Lots of changes, but still doing the same stuff.  Playing with a new band, Hollow (myspace.com/hollowrock) and having a blast.  Still working in the Oilfield, but not in the field.  My job is the office version, but you still have to deal with the Oilfield trash.  If you've never dealt with a company man for Chesapeake, then you don't know what I'm talking about.  The studio is coming along slowly, but surely.  I've been acquiring equipment slowly, as much as Shelbi will let me that is.   I've got a client next week, and I'm sure it will be fun to get the tap(harddrives actually I'm all digital) a rollin' again.  Chris Armstrong and I have a PODcast coming entitled The Recording and Design Project Podcast.  We currently record here in BlueNoteStudios, but we are hoping to branch out and get Chris a Mic so we can record him over skype from STillwater.  The quality will drop just a bit on his end, but he won't have to drive to OKC.  I don't think he minds coming here to record, we usually have a lot of fun when he's here.  So anytime you wanna come Chris, let's PODcast away (the DR. Pepper will be flowing like Wine)  This Podcast is about beginning to intermediate recording/mixing/mastering/webpage design/graphic design/logo/art/music/and whatever else we want to talk about.  One thing that is great about this is 1) I can really take it anywhere I want, 2) I'm learning lots of stuff, from the production aspect to how hard content is to come up with(we actually had to cut some off our last one), and 3) this may actually become a service of BlueNoteStudios...People who want a Podcast, but don't have the equipment to produce one, or just want make one that actually sounds good and has a professional feel.  We'll see.  Anyway, I'll probably write more in another 6 months, but for now,  Keep on Keepin' on.  The Podcast will be available on TheRandDProject.com, or on iTunes eventually.  We are still in Pre-Production.  Peace!
